Syphon Strike and Dark Arts

I am sure some have noticed by now...but it seems Syphon Strike ALWAYS restores half of the mana cost of dark arts in MP.

For the past 3 levels for me its been like this.

And that's why you should be using Dark Arts before Syphon(provided you have the MP to do it)

And when you level up and are too lazy to know how much MP your Syphon strike will restore you can also check the MP cost of Dark Passenger.
