Hey Guys!

I don't know if anyone else experienced this yet? When i was re-working my rotation after just hitting level 60 on my Brd, i noticed that when i put Barrage up....it only remains active for 1 sec and then drops completely. (And no i'm not in WM stance)

Bug?
