    Bard Barrage issues

    Hey Guys!

    I don't know if anyone else experienced this yet? When i was re-working my rotation after just hitting level 60 on my Brd, i noticed that when i put Barrage up....it only remains active for 1 sec and then drops completely. (And no i'm not in WM stance)

    Bug?

    New barrage is used only once for one shot of any skill. Make sure you didn't waste it on a dot or others
