Philosopher's stone (fish)

Hi.
I have a GC hand in of this bad boy, and they need 2 of them, and it's a wanted item. According to the description of the fish and checking sites on the net, Thaliak River is the place to get it.

What I want to know is what type of weather is required, and if any special kind of bait would have to be used. I've tried mooching the Crickets and used different baits such as Stonefly Nymph and Caddisfly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found it out myself: use Goblin Jig when it's foggy. Thaliak River.

you can still get them with the stonefly nymph xD i do just less efficient ;;
