Eternity Ring teleport not working in heavensward zones

Steps:
The teleport feature of the eternity ring (to teleport to your eternal bond partner) has not been working in the new heavensward 3.0 zones, this includes both of us being in the same area (including standing so we can see each other), from different heavenswards zones and from an Arr zone to a heavensward zone, so far we have tested this in foundation, coerthas western highlands, the dravanian forelands, the sea of clouds and the churning mists. Being classed as inside or outside a sanctuary has no effect on the issue, the error that appears when trying to use the eternity ring is - unable to leave area.

The teleport function of the ring still works in ARR zones.

This is an on going issue for which we have tested each day since the release of early access, which both me and my partner had, after the offical launch today the issue has not been resolved, again we both have access to heavensward and the zones that we have tested it in and it does not work for either of us.

As far as I've read, they will work in the zones once you've unlocked all of the Aether points. Its to prevent you from getting someplace you haven't unlocked yet normally. Though that means its should be working in the city area, like Foundation, I think.
