Your argument holds not water. I've been arguing with ignorant people like yourself all day, but I am always up for another round, because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Apple uses Intel processors. In fact, the machine I am writing this post on is an Intel I7. My video card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX750M. You might say that's card for laptops, and while I might agree, I'd also point out it has 4 Gb VRAM on it, and it's rated at 120 FPS for FFIXV. In fact, I've played FFXIV on in since the 1 year anniversary, and I have had no issues. The hardware in this machine is more than capable of handling a 2 year old game.

As for cumbersome, OS X uses OpenGL, which is the same graphics API that the PS3 and PS4 use; Crystal Tool already targets it. Macs are not some foreign entity at Square. Look at the Apple App Store, the company has plenty of games there, and by extension, has deep Metal experience, which is what OS X is going to switch to in El Capitan. But hey, continue trying to make the case they're cumbersome! Oh wait, where are you entries on either the Mac Store or the App Store?
