When Fighting in T13 and possibly other coils (seemed to happen in T5 too) There is the suspicion that things are hitting 25% harder when you are in an undersized party.

Full 8 man party gives a stat bonus to each player, that could be the cause.

But with 20% echo we shouldn't be dying to 2 stacks of Rage of Bahamut when as a healer I have as much HP as a tank did back in the day
