What track record you going off of? The SE store not run by SE directly and digital river doesn't run it anymore either. The new store I have gotten email response back in short as few hours when I have contacted them.I tried contacting square enix support, but only had the option to send an email. Knowing their track record, I won't hear back from them until at least a week from now. Can't use the expansion unless I open the box to use the code, but if I open the box I can't get an exchange... Is there a way I can talk to an actual person about this, and maybe get my game code before returning the item?
Everytime I have to deal with square enix's support it is always a long ordeal.
Anyway, could someone kindly post a link to their phone/chat support? I've looked around and couldn't find it.
I have never used phone/chat support, only done by email. But Pepitastore Inc runs SE store so you be dealing with them not SE support.
