    Got my collector's edition box... Smashed. What can I do?

    I tried contacting square enix support, but only had the option to send an email. Knowing their track record, I won't hear back from them until at least a week from now. Can't use the expansion unless I open the box to use the code, but if I open the box I can't get an exchange... Is there a way I can talk to an actual person about this, and maybe get my game code before returning the item?

    I think they have a live chat for complaints through Square's website?

    Square Enix support, you can contact them via website chat or phone.

    I opened mine only to discover that the artbook was damaged. Upon closer inspection, one corner is very slightly dented in a way that's barely visible from the outside. I'm really annoyed because I already opened it due to it looking fine and the outer box it was shipped in being in pristine condition.

    Usually you'd have to contact the shipping company and complain to them since it was probably their fault.

    What track record you going off of? The SE store not run by SE directly and digital river doesn't run it anymore either. The new store I have gotten email response back in short as few hours when I have contacted them.

    I have never used phone/chat support, only done by email. But Pepitastore Inc runs SE store so you be dealing with them not SE support.

    Just got word from square enix's online store telling me to call their support number... When I did they told me to email the store again. Classic.
