WHERE in Eorzea is the Live Chat Support for NA?

I've literally been shuffling through every button and option I can possibly think of on their support page. Heck, i can even get a live chat support button for Final Fantasy freaking 11. But as for XIV? No where to be found. Everytime I go through the options I'm getting Email support (which takes freaking forever) and to call them, which I'm going to play the cheap mofo here and not pay their toll for some bloody support >.>.

So my question is, does anyone know if we do have a Live Chat Support or not? Heck man I just have 1 simple issue I want dealt with before my overdrive ADHD brain forgets what I had an issue with until it becomes a bigger problem.

Just send an email. I am not aware of a live chat feature.

Well, that's the issue. The previous time i sent an email, i receive a message saying to call them or contact them through "Live Chat Support" to which....it's missing.

Contact us at the bottom. Then click on "Get support", select "Service Fee" as a contact category, then "payment" as a subcategory, fill the details with your actual inquiry. Click on "next", "next" again. Then select "Chat support", where you can ask for your actual inquiry despite the options you've chosen. That was my way to get to the NA chat support. You need to log in.

Thanks a bunch It's a shame that the only way to get to their Live Chat Support is just like that...

Wow that's amazing. But is the chat support really there to ask any questions or are you being "that guy" by asking questions unrelated to what they intended it for?
