Actions all removed from Cross hotbar when change job

Hello i have had this happen a couple of times and it is only happening on the 3 new jobs, it happened once yesterday and just again now. All my actions i have added to my Hotbar all disappear. I am having to reset them almost every time. It works fine and then they all go if i have changed job or go back to it. Kind of a pain having to redo everything when i want to play the Job.

I had changed hairstyles and when i changed back to the original one i had all my actions came back lol

It must be something to do with the barbers.
