I'm also having this issue, I use a wireless Xbox 360 controller.
with me every so often the controller will stop responding beifly causing my character to run or the camera to keep rotating.

see now SE this is the very reason why you NEED test servers before releasing Expansion packs/large patches like this!

I think its when they added the new gamepad functions something they messed up.

I don't like it, I like having the feel I have control over my character when it tugs me to the left and I feel like im auto running trying to cancel it, it kinda is a bummer.

new gamepad functions? you mean like for flight? even if this was something intended it shouldn't mess with the camera...I have to push the stick to get the camera to stop moving, it is very messy this way. not liking this.
