[BLM] Enochian: timer gets continued instead of refreshed

I don't know if this is "working as intended", but I'll report it anyway.
If it is, please let me know because is very relevant to play this job effectively.

Steps:
1. Use the ability "Enochian"
2. Refresh the timer with Blizzard IV 3/4 times (not sure)
3. "Enochian" becomes available from the GCD again
4. Use "Enochian".
5. The Enochian timer instead of refreshing to 30s, it continues the Blizzard IV chain. So for example, if the last chain was 15 seconds, using Enochian once again will chain for 10 seconds instead of 30.

Working as intended? IIRC, the detailed description stated something to the effect if extending the time (by a diminishing amount each time) not refreshing it.
