As a healer, buff and prepare to cure bomb the tank when you see triple. For orbs just stand in the middle and play goalie; get the ones other people miss and toss out some cures/buffs. After all the orbs he's gonna hit you with an AoE, so heal/buff your party and prepare for another heal. For meteor phase focus on healing tanks and eat any meteors that come close to you, but don't run across the zone to grab one.

Before you are sucked in aka red tentacle I know where this is going once he gets bellow 15%

Do use Shoud of saints, sprint, precision of mind, and oh the skill name is eluding me but increases your healing by 25%

Everyone should use their DPS cool downs

Tanks should use sprint and their big defense

    Melee LB3 the tear
Yeah I seemed to manage the tank swap ok, as grabbing some spheres, but not all, other people weren't picking them up which was driving me nuts >.< I worried about the timing of using SoS, PoM, and Divine Shroud, think that's what I need to work on, as you get sucked in :/

The MT should be spam healed by both healers, if he dies the fight tends to end up on the back foot for a bit.

In meteor phase only tanks soaked meteors. DPS and both healers attacked the rift and we were out of there really fast.

Make sure when the rift opens as many people as possible run away long enough to let the bleed effect expire.

Usually if you request this before the fight starts it will be easier. I think the main problem experienced players don't explain mechanics and those new people who have watched a video to see the mechanics get confused because someone people vary in their approach to meteor. Some people have tank/healers soak, some request everyone soaks and LB3. You need to ask or request a plan of action before the fight starts.
I think it's the meteor phase that we all struggled with, because the BLM who was giving advice said we all had to soak them up, he was throwing a right fit after the third wipe. Kind of understandable, but he was a right ****, which I think made people feel even more pressured and on edge :/ I will remember to do this at the start of the fight next time.
