    Things that Fly.

    While slapping every lizard person I see I have yet to see a flying airship. After letting other people do research I must ask how does the whole workshop and parts work?

    Do I unlock workshop for myself or entire free company?
    What are these "levels" for ship parts?

    The workshop is a guild option. You have to have a party of 4 to work on it as long as each one has a crafting class unlocked (they don't have to all be in your guild though). As you send the guild airship on missions like your retainers it levels up allowing for better parts to be created for it like giving better gear to a retainer. Hope this helped some.
