    Griffin Mount missing

    Hello.
    I never got my Flying Griffin Mount from CE today. I got the other 3 items but no mount
    Is it only me or have someone else this problem?

    Have you actually registered your CE key yet?

    The items you got today were probably your pre-order items which came from a completely different key.

    Did you activate your full version of HW on MogStation? (You should have a circle in Heavensward row)
    Pre-order bonuses are automatic, but for CE bonuses you need to activate the full game.

    Yeah i got that circle on HW row. I have registred two different codes. One for early acces and today for HW CE .

    Did clear your mail box of old mail? If you have too many received letters from SE that you never deleted in your read section, it's clogging up your mail box and you'll need to delete some in order for new mail to arrive at your mog mail.

    Np! happy to help That happened to me around my 5th or 6th veteran reward and I was freaking out! But then I saw some notice somewhere about deleting old mail, and thankfully it came in. I understand the panic that can cause XD
