where did you buy it from? if form SE you got an email a few days ago comfirming your order. There is a link to the store to get your codes. Or check the store after you log int for them. If not from SE than im not sure

I did buy it from Square's store, i have only recieved 3 emails of early access code and i have checked their store on my account but nothing is shown in terms of registration codes. and yes i have checked spam folder its empty so.... this is taking too long SE...

Notice in step 3 we were already on this screen to get our early access codes, but prior to today, the top option was red letters indicating we would be waiting to get a code. This should be were your code appears. If its not there yet, I'd make sure you were charged, if you were then I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

You should of received a email with codes anyways I thought. Lot of people have been online despite a physical copy. Perhaps a email disappeared under junk, or in case of gmail under promotions?
