    No email response for shipped CE of Heavensward.

    I should have gotten an email several days ago saying that my CE has shipped to my house (I chose 2-5 day shipping), but it's the day before the game fully releases and I have yet to receive an email stating my CE has shipped. I did get early access, but when is my CE going to arrive? By tomorrow or a few days after?

    Bump because this needs to be addressed. I tried calling Customer Support and I keep getting the busy signal. My status for my order says validated, but when is it going to be shipped to me??

    If you have ordered a CE from the EU shop, you can see the status of your order under the "My Account" menu - "Orders". There it states if the order has been sent it should read "Fully dispatched". Also with the CE box at least I got a tracking code I can see where it is atm. I'm expecting delivery tomorrow.
