    Now consider we get a new fancy i190+ or some such shield. It won't break lower content in any instance for
    a) synced lower level (everything not undersized party) raw numbers are toned down
    b) non-synced lower content (undersized party) is designed, drops wise etc, to be wtfroflstomped

    Addendum:
    1000 characters is a way to low count to type a comprehensive reply which is why above looks so gimped. Who in the name of Hydaelyn thought 1000 characters is enough for a non-syllabary language?
