    Do I have to wait for the box to get my CE rewards?

    I ordered the physical box of the Collector's Edition. I logged on eagerly tonight to get my griffin... only to find nothing but my pre-order rewards in my mailbox. Do I have to wait until the physical box arrives with a code for my rewards?
