    Ideas to make dungeons more exciting

    Dungeons in this game become boring after the first couple playthroughs. I think this is undeniable, even with the 3.0 dungeons. My idea to remedy this is something that I think could be implemented rather easily. Dungeon "NMs"

    When a group enters a dungeon, there would be a small chance a secret room would open up. For example, a glowing symbol of the Twelve might appear at some random point in the dungeon. Certain additional conditions might even be required to spawn it. The player would then click the symbol and be zoned into the secret room with the NM.

    The room would contain a boss NM of similar strength to the boss of the dungeon. Upon being defeated, a rare item could be obtained. It could be rare minions, dyes, glamour armor, or whatever you all think is best. No matter what rare item it drops, it would make running dungeons so much more exciting. What are your ideas to make dungeons more exciting?

    it could even be implemented into pre existing dungeons without too much trouble

    I think randomized dungeon monsters would be awesome. Imagine beating the dungeon the first time as a Story style, but all play thrus after have a random set of monsters throughout the dungeon. On top of this the Boss Monsters could be encountered in unique random encounters. the room mechanics would remain the same but the boss' could be swapped around lol.

    Yeah they should do this long ago as an incentive to redo older dungeons or maybe some raids and also stuffing some Hunt marks into them will make dungeon run much more interesting than just going from Start to End.

    not sure how this makes it more fun.

    all this would do is make people wanna spend more time in a dungeon when other don't (if the loot sucks)

    or people will leave when it doesn't spawn (when the loot is good)

    in the end it's just one more boss so how is this more fun when it's just more of what we already have?
