    I need help please

    I just bought Final Fantasy XIV: The Complete Online Experience for PS4 (which includes "A Realm Reborn" and "Heavensward"). I have both licenses active in my account but I can't create an au' ra character, they are blocked... Anyone knows why?

    Hi, I am having the exact same problem! Au Ra blocked out, and also I can't start the quest to go to Ishgard - however, the Mog Station has Heavenward listed as being licensed and obtained for PS4.... Any help here would be awesome!

    My friend is having the same issue.

    Has Heavensward license but cant accept first quest or change to au ra.

    Have you previous posters sorrted the issue?
