Dungeons in this game become boring after the first couple playthroughs. I think this is undeniable, even with the 3.0 dungeons. My idea to remedy this is something that I think could be implemented rather easily. Dungeon "NMs"

When a group enters a dungeon, there would be a small chance a secret room would open up. For example, a glowing symbol of the Twelve might appear at some random point in the dungeon. Certain additional conditions might even be required to spawn it. The player would then click the symbol and be zoned into the secret room with the NM.

The room would contain a boss NM of similar strength to the boss of the dungeon. Upon being defeated, a rare item could be obtained. It could be rare minions, dyes, glamour armor, or whatever you all think is best. No matter what rare item it drops, it would make running dungeons so much more exciting. What are your ideas to make dungeons more exciting?
