    Simple QoL improvements for BRD/MCH.

    Hi all. I wrote out a bunch of changes that I think would get approval from the greater MCH/BRD community. But the text limits for posts are so awfully low that I can't seem to paste much of it here without it losing its context.

    Please provide constructive/helpful feedback If you only want to say things like "you aren't even 60 so shut up" or "parsers are not working" or "SE can do no wrong and you are a heretic!" - please take it elsewhere. Or be annoying and post it here, whatever - I have thick skin.

    1. none of the oGCD's have cast times.
    2. i'd rather they just drop WM. let us keep our auto's and that lovely dot refresh.

    Currently, my machinist does not feel like it's lagging behind in comparison to other dps classes, so I'll say this much.

    Both Wanderer's/Gauss should at least give enough of a damage boost to justify using it at all. As it stands right now for machinist, its a straight up dps loss outside of AoE even if you have access to gauss round and ricochet. The only time I do use it in a boss fight is for the first three shots in my opener (split, gauss+oGCD, slug) because outside of the added gauss around, the loss of auto attack is already detrimental to overall damage and to wildfire. I can't comment too much on bard, though I do notice that every single run I've bene in where a bard maintains WM (up to vault mind you) has led to the dungeon slowing down to varying degrees.

    Could say that it's just to change playstyle to those who want it...well that's great and all, but it just doesn't sit right with me in bard's case if 4 out of their 5 skills introduced in this expansion is nigh useless, as well as a chunk of MCH's arsenal.
