I see. That's interesting, but good! And in the Spell Speed tooltip they removed the part about DoT durations, so that's good. The Critical Hit Rate tooltip still doesn't say it increases critical damage, though. Anyway uh, maybe we're not supposed to make these kinds of posts in this thread, so that's that.

Well, well, this thread went places, and for the better. We've made revisions to the tooltips for Critical Hit Rate, Spell Speed, and Skill Speed, which you should see in a future update. If you notice any other irregularities, please let us know!

so like... beside the gear itself, what now has an effect on block and parry rates?
