I think the game is under maintenance right now, that could be the problem XP
Likely the fact that there is Maintenance yes.

If I am remembering correctly, this is the version that has both A Realm Reborn and Heavensward right? Then you won't be able to log in until maintenance finishes and Heavensward officially launches in about 1 hour as of this post.
No no sorry... they was trying since yesterday.. XD.. not now.. i tell them keep waiting to finish Maintenance ...
But i don't know if they will can login after that...:s
Yep they have FFXIV Complete : ARR + HW ^^
The complete experience won't fully release till after maintenance I believe it says this on the store as well.
Were they getting errors like 2002 and such? Or were they having trouble logging into the client? If they have trouble connecting to data centers its probably the server congestion.

Uhm.. when they trying to log, after complete registration process, the error says that "This Free Trial account has expired"... They was using a free trial a months ago
Yes because the Complete Experience does NOT release until the launch in about an hour. It is still registered as a Free Trial account because The Complete Experience has not launched yet. For example, those like me who got their Physical CE's earlier today/yesterday (through the mail of course) even though we were able to register our game codes to our accounts, we don't get our CE stuff yet because the game (Heavensward) has not officially launched. My best advice is that if they cannot log in to the game when service officially starts for Heavensward and the Complete Experience version of the game launches, then send a support ticket.
