I have played the game since beta on my gtx280. At 100% my card is 98-102c. nVidia cards are ok around that level in my experience. If I hit 105c I start artifacting. I'd say as long as you don't have visible artifacts, you are good, play until your heart is content.

At 98-102c you may not be looking at artifacting but you are still drastically shortening your GPU's life. And over time you will start to get artifacting at lower and lower temps.
