Change wide volley?

So with the changes to rain of death, wide volley is just a more expensive quick knock, sure it's ranged but that's really not that great to make it worth the extra 20tp per use, maybe increase the potency or bring back quicker knock on wide volley instead of rain of death?

I definitely think something needs to be done about it. Bard has [Quick Nock] and [Wide Volley], Machinist has [Spread Shot] and [Grenado Shot].

Grenado is more expensive than Spread (160 vs 130), but also does more damage (120 vs 100). Aside from that, both skills are identical between BRD/MCH.

I have some ideas for how to make both sets more interesting...

Bard:
* Quick Nock: If 3 or more targets are hit with Quick Nock, the duration of Straight Shot is refreshed.
* Wide Volley: Each use of Wide Volley reduces the cooldown of Flaming Arrow by 2 seconds. Dmg buffed to 120.
* Barrage: Can now be used with AoE weaponskills.

Machinist:
* Spread Shot: If 3 or more targets are hit with Spread Shot, your next Quick Reload will heal you with a potency of 800.
* Grenado Shot: Each use of Grenado Shot causes your turret to release an additional attack at 50% potency.
* Reassemble: Can now be used with AoE weaponskills.

Keep in mind that I just came up with these ideas, and they are subject to the whims of my imagination.
