did I over-level? *minor spoiler re regions and dungeons*

Hey guys. I usually compete all side quests on first job because I enjoy the lore and stories. But I think I may have over-leveled.

I am like 2% to 55 and have just finished talking to Hreasvelgr, and havnt done almost any quests in the churning mists except the MSQ-related ones.

I have also skipped half the quests in Feathertail and Anyx Trine (got all the aether currents and moved on) because I was already 54 by the time I unlocked sohm al.

Just wondering if I have over-leveled - don't wan to to reach 60 too early and waste all the quests exp.

You're ahead, yeah. But if you're that worried about it, you can just skip sidequests for a while. There aren't as many story quests between levels in the 55+ range on msq.

Unless you have been doing dungeons more runs than necessary plus all the roulettes, it's unlikely you will be over-leveling.

I do every single quest I can, but save the Roulette bonuses for my second job. On my main job, I always get to enter the newest dungeon at the right level. When server comes back up, I'll be entering the Lv 57 dungeon and I've got half a bar of EXP on Lv 57, with just one last line of side quests still to do.

EXP required to level grows exponentially so that extra padding you feel now will disappear very quickly after Lv 56.

I'm right where you are and I'm halfway to 57. I did that on purpose though, I like to be over-leveled.

Ah right I think I found out the reason - I did my roulettes plus I got all the challenge log exp.

I was kinda overleveled as well around that part even though i didnt take all the side quests, however i got myself locked at lv 57 and 59 MSQ since i havent reached those lv yet
