Remove Cast Time for Wanderer's Minuet

I seriously don't know what the hell Square Enix is thinking when they do class balancing. "Hey guys, let's turn BRD into caster and not even give them caster level dps." Songs provide excellent support, but does not explain the huge discrepancy now between ranged physical and casters.

I wish this Minuet song is purposely to divide us in between support or pure DPS.
If this Minuet song is activated other song can be use to enhance all pt DPS.
if disabled then other song are remain as a support song

They did that to pretty much every job by giving them 5 new skills. If you don't like the new playstyle, just take those skills off your hotbar and forget they exist.

WN just needs a shorter cast time and/or a larger damage increase.

I'm in the minority and actually like Minuet, however, I do agree about it being a dps loss. I think turning it into a 'toggle' like Cleric Stance/Defiance/Fists of Fire etc. really wouldn't help that much. Bard needs further tweaking. Seems like Square was so worried about making Bard op'd....they under powered it in the process.

Just remove Wanderer's Minuet altogether.

Alter ranged basic attacks to not fire when moving.

This will encourage BRDs to "turret", but they will still be able to do most of their dps while on the move, retaining most of their mobility and the general spirit of the class.
But at the same time lowering mobility so they can't just run around all the time and do max dps.

I believe this to be a very reasonable compromise.

Change WM into a new supportive song.

I have played bard since day 1 and mained it in coil from T1-T13 -- The thing that always made bard fun was the mobility. This meant while the Monk or melee stand around beating up the mob and the blm or smn stand there spamming fire or bane us bards had to run around, do critical mechanics to make sure the raid survived and also were able to put up some modest DPS. Now if you use WM you cant do those mechanics ... well technically you can, and groups will still make bards do it since casters do more dps, but our dps will drop substantially. Bards and MCH will be persecuted for "not enough dps" Basically when its time to burn you have WM up and when its time to run around and do all the other stuff people makes bard do, your essentially playing 2.x bard without the same Barrage...

If you ask me this is garbage. A lot of casters have complained over the past 2 years about how they have no mobility. So they decided to stick a big ole' bat up our **SE
