How do I remove other players floating combat text?

I think there is one for turning off combat text but not sure if can make it only effect others. I personally would like an option to turn on/off other players skill visual effects so during a high intensity fight I am not blinded by a flashing bright screen that hides the mob, it's AoE markers and myself. I like the visual effects in general and most of time would have them turned on but in hard, complex and very quick reaction timing needed fights I would like to turn theirs off so not to be hidden behind a spamming of bright multi-coloured lights.
