    Forever stuck on the loading screen, post-login

    How the heck do I get past this? When I'm lucky enough to get past the 2002/5006 errors, I just sit on the loading screen forever, and never actually zone in. Has anyone else encountered THIS and been able to get past it? What do I do?

    It started when I accepted the first quest for 3.0. I went to the NPC and talked to him to enter the new area; I froze, got booted, and have been stuck in that exact spot ever since. I just sit on the loading screen forever.

    For the infinite log in queue you actually have to sit there and wait. If the number doesn't change but the screen flashes and makes a noise then it's working just not displaying properly. I eventually got in and YES it is annoying.

    Yeah, it'll show like "5" in the queue; the number doesn't change, but it switches to the painting of Ishgard with the moogle and the loading icon. And that's where it sits. I let it sit there for three hours the other night and nothing happened.
