So many posts about the 2002/5006 errors and not a word from Square other than, "There will be some congestion."

Square, if you knew there'd be congestion, why not do something about it and why won't you give us paying customer a fix?

Furthermore, this isn't an issue on the client side. I've been able to log in without incident during early access. Tonight though, I've spent over an hour opening the client, signing in, waiting to connect to the data center only to see the client close completely.

Is this intended? It seems like it is as there's no fix, no preparation was made to avoid this and not a single solution has been offered. Plus, there's been no word on a fix.

There's maintenance tonight. Is this a fix? Mind telling us? I mean, if it is or is not, would it be so bad to tell us. We are paying you, maybe try to communicate with the people that keep this game alive with our dollars.

This anger spread across the web is because we can't access a truly great game. That anger gets worse when nothing is being said officially.
