With the beastmen strongholds about to be released, a new mini-game could be added with them. Save the players, obviously the name is a work in progress.

How it can be implemented, and how it'll work.

Beastmen always have weird devices, or magic that no one else has. Like the Quadav stronghold had the Mute, and the Afflictor machines. The Mute cause a very bad silence, while afflictor cause a very bad curse effect.

Now if the areas are instanced, or not it, could still work just not to sure about non-instanced.

What I suggest is that the beastmen have a device that doesn't allow you to be raised, or homepoint. Instead you are automatically teleported to a jail cell somewhere in the stronghold. It is up to your team mates to save you. If everyone is captured, then you fail, and are warped out.

How can you be warped out if you are captured? This can easily be part of the main scenario, the Selph, pay for you to be freed. After they want it back. 10k gil for each player in your party. So you can lose up to 80k from everyone. A fair penalty that promotes strategy.

To save team mates you must fight the Jailor NM, for a key, evrytime.

Bonuses for saving a team mate:
1. Gil for those not captured.
2. Dark Matter rewards
3. An achievement- "No one left behind!" Save 1 team-mate
4. 2nd Achievement- "Savior" Save 20 team-mates from a jail cell.

Cons:
1. Time Wasted
2. Gil is lost for a bail.
3. NM jailor must be fought everytime when saving team mates.
