If you're running SLI or Crossfire, try disabling it. Multi-GPU setups are notorious for causing flickering issues in many, many games.

Its true its been like that forever... If you focus on the road while moving it helps... like put the camera over your shoulder and down, and the flickering is minimized to just the krap on the road. Plus its just a few zones like Central Shroud and East Shroud that have the big problem...
So it IS an AA issue... Great. -.-What you see as flickering/shimmering is normal due to the game not having real AA. It's been like that since the beginning (of ARR)
The only form of forced AA that works with the engine (as far as my tests go) is SGSSAA and even then for a flicker free experience you'd need to down sample from 4k to 1080p. For reference, single GTX 980 can barely pull this off.
Real AA please, SE. FXAA sucks balls.
Anyway, thanks for the Info so far.
Got any advice for me how to force SGSSAA on the dx11 client? SweetFX doesnt do the trick, sadly.

Nvidia inspector should do the trick but i'll warn you. If you don't down sample the overall quality will be blurry.
