Did not receive 'Recruit a Friend' rewards....

I just noticed that my main character 'Dark Sister' (Mateus) did not receive the same 'recruit a friend' rewards as all of my other characters (this was for the previous recruit a friend campaign). She did receive the circlet, but not the 10 Silver Chocobo Wings or 'fist bump emote. I've cleared out her inbox too and activated the 'Reward Delivery Request' icon. Is there a reason she did not get the Chocobo Wings or emote, while everyone else did (I have five other much lesser used characters), or was this a bug?

Thanks in advance for your time and attention! I'd really like to get those rewards....

Are you sure? As mentioned in my post, I've already received the rewards on my other characters (Circlet, 10 Silver Chocobo Wings, Fist Bump Emote) - just not this character.

As Destinova stated, the Recruit A Friend page states:

* These rewards will be sent out in order after July 2015.
* An email is sent when you successfully recruit a friend. To confirm the number of friends you have recruited, please confirm the number of emails you have received. We plan to add a feature to the Mog Station in the future to allow you to view the number of successful recruitments.

Thanks for the link. Again, this was for the previous recruit a friend campaign, not the current campaign, and my other characters have received their rewards a while ago. The only one who has received 'partial' rewards is my main/current character. They all have 10 Silver Chocobo feathers in their inventory; my main does not. I'm not trying to be difficult, but am trying to make the point that my other characters received the rewards for the previous campaign, and my main did not.
