Astrologian Time Dilatation

Hello guys, maybe my question will seems stupid but well :
Time Dilatation is the AST 56 spell which ''Extend the duration of the target's beneficial effects by 15 seconds''
My question is, does it works with ALL beneficial effects?! I mean like with Hallowed Ground ( 25sec immunity ) , or only beneficial effects coming from the AST ?

Everything I've seen says it only works with the Astrologian card buffs, but I'm not there yet level-wise to test it myself.

It only works on your own spells, so no you can't get a 25sec Hallowed Ground (I thought of that too).

You also cannot cast it on yourself, only others. You'll be using it mostly to extend your regens + card buffs.

It only works on Aspected Benefic, Aspected Helios, and all the card buffs.

It does stack with the extended duration cards. Giving out 45 second long Balance cards xD
