    What exactly makes a Astro card buff party wide instead of single target buff?

    Royal Road. If you royal road either the Arrow or the Spear, the next card you draw/cast (you can cast it from spread, it'll take the royal road effect too) will be AoE.

    Bole and Balance when royal roaded are +Potency% for next card.
    Spire and Ewer when royal roaded are +Time on the next card.

    Is it just me or is the artwork for the cards absolutely stunning. They are so beautiful. Do we know who was the illustrater for them?
