    I use Ruin III a lot on dungeon bosses that are short enough that I'm not running out of mana, by about 15% I exclusively use ruin III.

    Also useful for adds that you don't have time to dot up and Tri-D is on cd.

    I always use ruin 3 instead of ruin 1 in wild pve
    i use about 50% ruin 1 and 50% ruin 3 on dj
    and i use ruin 3 on bosses as long as i have more than 50% mana or when needing to burn something
