    BRD RoD/Bloodletter bug

    This is something that needs attention and be fixed ASAP. After using either of the skills you sometimes become unable to perform any actions until their shared timer resets. This takes a huge toll on our DPS and might cause wipes in some EX and Alex Savage DPS checks if it doesnt get addressed quick.

    Theres a thread with more discussion about the bug on reddit, but im posting with phone so I cant link it atm.

    I experienced it, in dungeons only (don't know if it related) but yes it's extremely annoying.

    I've experienced the same bug, bloodletter will get stuck and I can't use any skills till bloodletter is off CD.

    Happens at least once per dungeon run for me. Can be quite annoying and messes up my rotation.
