Respectfully I am going to have to disagree, based on a few observations I've made. I used to have 150 points into wind, as that is one of the main shards CRP uses. I would destabilize wind on almost every synth, and I had a a lot of gear that had craftsmanship & magic craftsmanship. Soon as I switched to a more control based setup this problem went away.

With control I can also hit standard even if the synthesis is unstable. I'd succeed much more often, and have less issues with destabilization.

These are personal observations, I'm not saying I'm right nor am I saying Jet is wrong. I am merely offering a different aspect on synthesis.
