Thok Ast Thok (Hard) FIRE AOE BUG

I recently finished Thok Ast Thok (hard) today and I ran into a bug. After a few attempts, around my 3rd try or so, the donut shaped fire AOE circle that the boss casts just stays there and doesn't leave. I had trouble finding a position to stand throughout the fight because the aoe fire would never go away.

Eventually I managed to clear the dungeon, but even after then, the circle fire would appear almost everywhere I went.

No matter where I went, inside or out, I would run into the circle of fire somewhere. I have logged out, quit, and relogged again. I still have the circles.
I play ff on PC.
To be honest the bug doesnt bother me much when its around the fc house and what not, but when its always up during the primal fight, It makes it difficult to know when the real one is casting. I have yet been able to fix it, but thought everyone should know.

Edit: Apparently I'm not the only one that this has been happening to.
