Any sort of recognition by SE being done for NA players getting error 2002?

Will SE be issuing a refund (game time) or anything to those of use who preordered for the early access bonus but have been unable to play? I've been able to log in for a grand total of about 2.5 hours. This isn't really fair for those of us who preordered so that we could get the early access bonus. I'm pretty upset with how this has worked out overall.

I have enjoyed what little bit of Heavensward I've been able to play. I preordered so that I could play with my FC this weekend, as I will be in Boston for the next week for business and will be unable to play. I am very disappointed and kind of sad that this has occurred.

Highly doubt it. They would have said something by now. Couldn't even give us updates. At least when Blizzard had their crappy WoD launch the Blues would keep players updated. SE's silence speaks volumes on how much they care.

Except that it was only a small percent of the NA datacenter that was impacted. Most of us had zero issues by 9am EST on day one early access.

And I mean zero. The heavy population servers like Hyperion have been beautifully stable. I consider their efforts to stabilize so effective that their honor is indeed intact, regardless of what venomous insults like the above people decide to spew.

Pretty much. Behemoth on Primal was dodgy for the first hour of early release and then (apart from the odd lobby error) has been fine.
