Cannot play on PS4 - Digital Bundle from Playstation Store

I had an ARR account on PC only from a long time ago when the game first launched.

On 6/20/15 I purchased a product on the PS4 from the Playstation Store called:
Final Fantasy XIV Online
It apparently contains both ARR and Heavensward Expansion in one. I have an order number in an email from the Playstation Network. My bank account was charged. Here is the only email I got related to this purchase and it was on 6/20/15:

Now... it is past Heavensward Launch time. I have not gotten any email with any kind of registration code or anything. I have everything fully downloaded and installed on the PS4.

When I run FFXIV on my PS4, I'm able to select "I currently possess a Square Enix account", I can then login (SE ID = sg570), and then I get this message:
"No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV. In order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV, you must first purchase the digital download from the PlayStation Store or register a product code."

I DID PURCHASE IT.

I confirmed in my Playstation Account Settings that I have a SERVICE of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Real Reborn, and when I select that, I see the following:
FINAL FANTASY XIV: ARR and Heavensward Pre-Order
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Real Reborn Free Trial
FINAL FANTASY XIV: ARR and Heavensward Playing Entitlement
FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward Early Access

I do NOT have an "O" listed under PS4 in my Square Account Settings - probably because I never got a code to register anywhere.

I see now that this "Final Fantasy XIV Online" product is "Not available for purchase" as of now.

I understand that I was unable to just play ARR with this purchase until Heavensward fully unlocked because this was a Bundled game... but that time has passed and I still cannot play what I paid $60 for.

Early access is not available to bundle packages

See my post here. I suspect that it's due to the fact that the bundle became available at 9PM PDT, but the official release time of Heavensward as far as SE is concerned is 2AM PDT after the current maintenance.
