advice for Keeping the Flame Alive

I am attempting to complete Keeping the Flame Alive as a Scholar. Unfortunately, I haven't made it past the fight with the conjurer and two damage dealers (the fight directly after you destroy the humidor (sp?)). I looked up the quest on the internet and saw that there is another fight after it. I'm not even close. Does anyone have some advice that might be helpful?

She hasn't spoiled anything, sh'es just talking about mechanics.

I did it as WHM and I found myself using my nice new Asylum a few times to keep me and my allies alive. Always go after the Conjurer first and your ally and fairy would be healing you, so you should focus on damage unless it gets really bad.

The fight after is a bit tricky and I failed that one my first time. Once again go after the healer first and then focus damage on the same enemy your allies are attacking so you can down them as quickly as possible (since there's 5 of them) There's also a few big aoe damage abilities you'll want to focus on keeping your allies HP up too.

perhaps you shouldn't be reading forums about how to do things you havent done yet if you're so concerned about spoilers.....
