Steps:
I had the quest to run Sohm Al and finished it successfully - unfortunately my partner who I run all the instances with DC'd and didn't get credit. SO..... I left the instance without attuning to churning mists. I redid Sohm Al with my partner and when I exited, ended up in the Sea of Clouds where I was when the instance popped. Now he has Churning Mists and I don't.

I have no way to get to Churning Mists.

I cannot abandon the quest and restart (that's not an option).

Our Eternity Bands don't work.

Please advise.

I went back and decided to try to approach the dragon onthe right side of the portal. While he didn't really LOOK like an NPC it turned out he could transport me.
