Now, most of us can't even play because we can't sit at our computers for hours at a time starting the game over and over attempting to log in. Where is our compensation? "Sorry" doesn't cut it.
Yummy if you were hear during the time 2.0 launched this was the same issue then once again they did not predict the stress test they ran would be placed on this x5 times more then the normal handle of the overload they are trying to resolve issue. and again if you try to request a refund they will not refund it do the the policy that once purchased and code has been redeem you lost the right to a refund.
if you do a charge back to debit or credit card your current account will get banned perm and will need to start all over again
