I'll preface this by first stating my intentions of this post. I will not be resubbing to this game until I see this fixed.

Unfortunately I made the decision to preorder Heavensward. I should have known Square wouldn't have been able to handle the server stress. They only had the servers down for a whole 24 hours, right? 24 hours is more than enough time to run stress tests on your servers based on predicted connectivity. Do we see a free 24 hours given to us because of this too? No.

I don't care for official forum posts apologizing about this, or any update from Square apologizing. Money talks. We've all trusted in your company and put our money in your pockets. Now, most of us can't even play because we can't sit at our computers for hours at a time starting the game over and over attempting to log in. Where is our compensation? "Sorry" doesn't cut it.
