2002 Errors for hours and hours on end 3 days in a row! Inexcusable

Been UNABLE to connect to data server most of the day!

I have a friend who has been unable to connect since launch!

3rd day in a row of being unable to connect to the game. I would like to know what they plan on doing to fix this issue?

...and NO I dont want to hear we have congested servers and thank you for your patience.. it's been 3 days I think we ALL have been patient enough!

Put Gilgamesh on a different data center or something!

Honestly it kind of annoys me when people are like "Well it's like a dlc is coming out."
Like I've been on plenty of MMOs to know that DLC does bring downtime but they often either come out if it's taking a few days and go "Yo everyone gets a week free for our dumbness!" or something of the sort.
Like please. Especially since it seems to be only one data center. It's not all of them, it's not like your attention is split in three different centers.

I just want some sort of like "Dudes, no worries. We know this sucks. Here take free stuff that is worth something for when you can get on!"
Like, this is just early access. What are we suppose to do? Wait a month for our sub to go out to join again?

i have had trouble since day one as well. last night could log in now seems like today is going to be the same thing. i got the early access to be able to PLAY EARLY not fumble around waiting to play. i mean honestly its upsetting that i cant even play the game i paid for and pay a subscription for. they said this issue was fixed. i don't see it. please put goblin on another data center as well. i am sick of this b.s please fix this. and i honestly do think compensation needs to be given at this point. at the launch of the pre order entry i expected congestion and such now 3 days later it should mostly be resolved.

its not all data centers either it seems aether is the major issue. ive had no issue connecting to any other data center at all times but aether seems always impossible to log into.

been 5 hours now, worst parts actually connecting then getting booted out full in a 1000+ in queue..

Im having same issue. Tried everything from IP release and renew to unplugging my router and restarting my computer. Got in at on time around 7 pm eastern waited in queue then got error 2002 again. Im not starting from scratch to play. I have every class maxed out. Well now that HW is out got 10 levels to get a piece but still not starting over. Need a dang fix!

I'm usually one to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but yes. This is inexcusable.

It would be nice if datacenter connection issues wouldn't cause the game application to crash, forcing us to login through the launcher again.
