Trolling with Unable to update patch files

Ok, SE, enough is enough. I can download the patch, then when patching starts I get Unable to update patch files [11006][20815][20866][19900][5].
I restarded computer, restarted router, deleted patches from Downloads folder - no freaking way. It crashes with error in the same part.
Has anybody got a solution, cause SE obviously doesn't freaking care..

I will reply to myself - maybe it will help those who get same error. I don't really know if THIS very solution helped, but I think it was this one.
First of all I tried to uncheck the "Read only" checkbox on game folder, thinking somehow system won't allow launcher to update files. System said - go home son, althou you are an admin of this system, I wouldn't allow you do that:



Ok, I said, and gave all users full access to the game folder:



It helped. Hope it will be useful if someone happens to have such case.

I was having the same issue.
When I exited FFXIV before the patch, there was an error and upon checking the task manager I found that the game hadn't closed properly so the launcher wasn't able to update the patch. If you're having trouble with this, make sure that all instances of FFXIV are closed.
