SE, you knew exactly how many copies you sold for early access, and you knew exactly how many accounts you have active... You had a very good idea that most of these active accounts would try to log on during the start up of Heavensward. Yet you didn't make any arrangements to handle congestion; other than denying a service that you sold to us.

You did this before at the launch of A Realm Reborn, you're well aware of the stress you caused your paying customers, and you've proven that you are willing to do it again.

Yet of course there's nothing we can do about it because we want to play the game.
